Off-Website Communications, we and/or the third-party administrator of the Bot (“Bot Administrator”) may automatically collect information described in the next paragraph in connection with the operation and improvement of the Bot.

- The specific information you choose to fill out in the fields of the Website Form when you submit the Website Form.

(“Lemon Law”) is defined hereunder as consumer protection statutes enacted at the federal and U.S. state levels to safeguard buyers of vehicles or other goods that fail to meet quality and performance standards.
- To determine whether we wish to represent you with respect to your Lemon Law claim should you wish to engage our legal services.
- Solely with respect to your Off-Website Communications with the Bot:some text

4. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We may disclose Personal Information that you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates, which will remain bound to the terms herein.
- To contractors, service providers (e.g., the Bot Administrator), and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Law Firm’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by the Law Firm about our Website and/or Off-Website Communications users is among the assets transferred.

7. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

8. Compliance for Off-Website Communications
When you submit information via the Website Form by clicking the “Submit” button, you consent to receive Off-Website Communications from us and/or with the Bot regarding your potential Lemon Law claim. Each type of Off-Website Communication has its own opt-out mechanism. For example, for any text message from us or the Bot, you can reply “STOP” to any text you receive from us or the Bot.
Text Messaging
Our text messaging practices comply with the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) Messaging Principles and Best Practices, as well as applicable laws like the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following:
